From 33000 spindles capacity in 1991, DCM Textiles has grown with the times. Spinning capacity at present comprises of 72036 spindles. Company has abundant land at Hisar on which it has plans to expand capacity to 1,00,000 spindles by 2012 empowered with state-of-the-art technology.

Quality raw material procurement is the hallmark of DCM. We source the best cotton available in North India from premium ginners with greater emphasis on least trash and least contamination. Testing is done with High Volume fiber testing machine.

Laying down of mixing is done on the basis of cotton parameters required for particular yarn requirements. Manpower is employed to handpick impurities, foreign material and contamination from raw cotton.
