Education :
DCM Textiles believes education to be essential tool for human development. The School managed by DCM Textiles provides education along with facilities for computer knowledge, sports and cultural activities to children. Scholarships and
free books are also provided to meritorious students of the school. To help the student's coming from poor and uneducated families additional classes are also arranged. DCM Textiles encourages adult employees towards continuing education by support in form of free tutorials, books and note books.
Health :
DCM Textiles organizes regular free medical camps for its employees and their families. Doctors advise and educate the community on various health issues as a preventive measure. Company organizes eye checkup and blood donation camp for employees. The donated blood was handed over to Chandigarh Blood Bank Society for community benefit.
Environment :
The Company maintain large number of trees on its campus which are helping to save the
environment .
Community Development :
Employees participates in cultural activities on various occasion like Dr. Bharat Ram's birthday, Indepedence day and Republic day of India, Mata Jagran is also held on 1st May every year.
